We live in a world where we stand for equality but at the same time we don’t give enough opportunity or chance. Yes, there is this ego of being on the top that consumes us and that’s when we tend climb down all the steps we have climbed just to prove a point that we are still powerful. And we don’t realize is that when we climbed down the steps, they climbed up the steps, but we never could climb up those steps, ever.

P.S. We, I generalized this because even if most of us don’t feel it this way, some of the people do. So, “WE” have already failed in a way.
